The top barriers are very closely related: money, commitment and the process.

The biggest barrier to the project relates to money (32%) - some are anxious about the cost, while others need to know it is the best use of money and will be properly controlled.

The sacrifices, commitment and the sense of responsibility required from the congregation totalled 14% of the barriers.

Being sure it is God's vision was equal measurement in the barriers list (11%) with concerns about the process, i.e. time, disunity and relocation.
